Actress Glenn Close to return to Broadway in Edward Albee play

Actress Glenn Close arrives at the 86th Academy Awards in Hollywood, California March 2, 2014.

(Reuters) - Triple Tony-award winning actress Glenn Close will return to Broadway later this year after a 20-year absence, starring opposite John Lithgow in a new production of Edward Albee's "A Delicate Balance."
Close, 67, will appear in a limited 18-week run of the Pulitzer Prize-winning play that begins previews on Oct. 20 and opens a month later.
The actress, who has also been nominated for six Academy Awards, last appeared on Broadway in the musical "Sunset Boulevard," winning a Tony in 1995 for her portrayal of the aging actress Norma Desmond.
She also picked up Tony awards for "Death and the Maiden" in 1992 and "The Real Thing" in 1984.
In "A Delicate Balance," Close and Lithgow, 68, who won a Tony for "The Changing Room" and "Sweet Smell of Success," will play a married couple coping over the course of a weekend with the return of their 36-year-old daughter after her fourth marriage breakup and the visit of friends.
Scottish actress Lindsay Duncan, 63, a double Tony winner for "Private Lives" and "Les Liaisons Dangereuses," will play Close's alcoholic sister in the play that had its Broadway premiere in 1966.

Willow Smith poses in bed with shirtless actor, sparks controversy

First it was the colour of her hair, then it was what she wore and now it's about how she posed.
Actors Will and Jada Pinkett-Smith's 13-year-old daughter Willow Smith recently posed in a black-and-white photo series where she's lying in bed facing the camera while a shirtless Moises Arias - who played Rico on Hannah Montana - can be seen sitting with his back against the wall.

Though the picture's innocent enough, Willow Smith and Moises Arias have got everyone talking.

The controversy could have something to with the age gap between the two friends - she's 13 and he's 20 - and how some fans think the set up is a bit too 'mature' for the young teen, a report says.

The pictures featuring Willow Smith and Moises Arias were posted online by friend Kylie Jenner.

The pictures that have been posted by Kylie Jenner - Willow's friend - on her website, were also posted by Arias on his Instagram account. Pre-empting what eventually happened, the actor soon deleted the pictures, but unfortunately not before fans shared the picture.

George Clooney's fiancee thought proposal was a prank?

Hollywood actor George Clooney's fiancee Amal Alamuddin reportedly thought that his marriage proposal was a joke.
The 'Argo' actor, who is known for his love of pranks, asked lawyer Alamuddin to be his wife over dinner at his house last month, but he had to pop the question twice as she initially did not believe he was serious, reported Contactmusic.

George has been blown away by her passion, her brains, and sheer force of will. Frankly, he's been worried that someone else would snap her up if he didn't act, so he produced the ring and much to his relief, she said yes, said a source.
The source also added, But he did have to ask her twice! Amal thought he was pranking her at first. Happy isn't a strong enough word to describe them right now.
The couple are said to be planning an intimate wedding in Italy this summer, with just a few guests invited to the nuptials. The important people will be there, but this is private, not for public consumption, so it will be friends and family only, the source said.
The 53-year-old actor has resigned from his United Nations (UN) role as a messenger for peace, and friends say that it is because he intends to team up with Alamuddin, a human rights lawyer, for a new project.
He's hitching his wagon to Amal's so he wants a clean slate in every sense. They're not just planning to live together, they're planning to work together too. As a team they could be unbeatable, the source said

I will never date a Harry Potter fan, says Daniel Radcliffe

Hollywood actor Daniel Radcliffe, who played Harry Potter in eight films over ten years, said it would be a horrible move to date a fan of the boy wizard.
The 24-year-old Hollywood star, who is famously secretive about his love life, still has an army of devoted female Potter fans who hang on his every move, reported Daily Mirror.

It would make me very strange. I've always had relationships. It's easy to tell if someone is genuine, he said. Radcliffe also revealed that he and fellow 'Harry Potter' star Emma Watson rarely speak these days.
I haven't spoken to her in quite a while. I'm sure we'll see each other at some point, he said.
