Actually, as per the official page says, “If you want to close your MobiKwik account, just file a ticket here. We will check the unused MobiKwik balance and refund the amount due back to your account”.
So, according to mobikwik, you have to fill a ticket where you will request them to deactivate your account (When submitting ticket mention some details of your account) and within some days (I think) they will deactivate your account and the money which was in your account you will get that back in your bank account.
